Buyer’s Remorse:

We regret to inform you that we do not accept any refunds or exchanges for purchases made due to buyer’s remorse.

Damaged items:

We understand that receiving a damaged item can be frustrating. If you happen to receive a damaged item, please get in touch with us within 72 hours of delivery. You can contact us at contactus@azurewulf.com and send us a picture of the damaged item along with your order number. We will promptly send you a new item to replace the damaged one.

Wrong size:

We understand that receiving an item in the wrong size can be disappointing. However, please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges as each order is custom engraved or printed at the time of purchase. If the item is made of cloth and is too large, you may, at your own risk, consider washing and drying it on high heat, as it should shrink a bit.
